Office Place Celebrations by The Social Society

Winning a Top Workplace award is a huge achievement, and what better way to celebrate than by throwing a party for the hardworking team that made it happen?

Last week, I was contacted by the office manager at MMI, a medical micro instruments company, to see if I was available to help them style a last minute office party. I had the date available and can make anything happen at the last minute because that’s who I am and I love what I do. I said - we got this, I’ll bring in balloons in your brand colors including “1” balloons to showcase that you won the number one company to work at in Jacksonville! We put a plan into place very quickly and got to work on all elements of bringing this office party to life!

Whether you’re working with a corporate office, a medical supply company, or a creative workspace, the goal is to create a festive atmosphere that feels both celebratory and professional. To achieve all that we needed at the last minute, we connected with some of our industry partners to ensure we could cover off all the details. To the Moon Party Designs helped us by creating a massive balloon garland that we used for a stellar photo backdrop. David of Marisa Torres of Marisa Lynn Studios created and installed decals for the walls and The Social Society brought in all helium bundles, some with specialty fringe, some with white gold number 1’s and styled the space to bring it to life and celebrate the staff for their special celebration.

By combining thoughtful decor and the firm’s branding, we created a space that made for a celebration that not only honors the company’s success but also makes employees feel truly valued. After all, a Top Workplace isn’t just about the recognition—it’s about the incredible team that made it happen!
