What is a Custom Party in a Box?

Back in 2010 when Little Miss Party was up and running, we started getting phone calls about our party decor from customers who were outside of New York (where we were based). We were always so flattered by the requests to do baby showers in LA, engagement parties in Philadelphia and birthday parties in DC however it was not possible for our small team to make that happen without charging an arm and a leg.

So after some careful thought, we came up with the idea of Little Miss Party in a Box. The concept was to curate party supplies based on our customer’s themes, guest count and color palette and build a box of all the party supplies that they would need, ship to them directly and guide them to set up the party just like we would. This concept was a HIT. To this day, we have shipped thousands of party boxes across the nation. The idea further boomed during Covid when no one was partying except for AT HOME. Our party boxes were in high demand for Covid graduations, birthdays and the holidays!

What was special about our custom party boxes is that when our customers ordered one, they kept coming back for more and more. They would order a box for their child’s 2nd birthday and each year after, we would create a party box for their birthdays. We have a lot of fun with the themes too. Our customers have some really good ones and of course the traditional themes like under the sea, unicorns and sports.

After a few years of experience we started getting inquiries from brands for our custom party boxes. We now do so many wonderful collaborations and create not only party boxes but party coolers, picnics and so much more for brands like Avon, Kind Bars, Mount Sinai and so many more!
