Vanity Fair Lingerie - Ambassador Summit
We had the pleasure of once again working with the gals at Crossroads PR to design and style Vanity Fair Lingerie's recent Ambassador Blogger Summit, held in their NYC showroom. Because we have worked at their showroom a few times before, we were familiar with the space and worked to transform it from corporate to gorgeous. The front lobby was setup with this insanely amazing bar from Taylor Creative rentals, along with a few crisp white highboys paired with lucite stools. We wanted to make the space inviting and warm, so we laid down a few faux fur rugs and a neutral faux hide rug. A small vignette was created using teal chairs along with lucite nesting tables and white and gold pillows as an accent. The bloggers would be arriving at 8am, so the food table was styled and ready to go. Using teal spray paint we transformed different shaped leaves into the most gorgeous backdrop using a few simple pieces of washi tape. Paired with the stark white table and the clean crisp wall behind, the backdrop was very impactful. We also lined the back of the food table with clear bud vases, each containing a single stem. Simple yet elegant. We were super pumped to work with Poppy's Catering for the first time, and they truly outdid themselves. Check out this spread!! Not only was the food insanely gorgeous, but it was just as delicious. We sampled it all and couldn't get enough! Did you ever think to use a paper towel holder to display and serve donuts? Love. Love. Love. Now, back to that gold bar. We were a bit obsessed. We've rented a lot of bars over the years, and this one is by far the most gorgeous. It was literally a show stopper! On top of the bar we setout mini glass sodas, Pellegrino and a delicious pink lemonade. Branded coffee sleeves and napkins were used at the bar and on the food table Once the bloggers bellies were full, they moved into the boardroom which was where they would be able to see all of the new product. We wanted to dress up this otherwise ugly wooden table, so we enlisted the help of Victoria Ahn and her team from Designs by Ahn, to create this simply stunning table runner. Wow. Just Wow. At each bloggers place setting was a branded water bottle and napkin. Seri and I wanted to dress up the cages with the new product so we stuck in additional flowers to tie into the gorgeous table runner. After learning what VF Lingerie has to offer, it was time to try on some bras! We created a fitting room using white pipe and drape and again turned to Taylor Creative for this modern lounge furniture. The gals had a blast all hanging in the Fitting Lounge, snacking on mini brownies and trail mix. Fruit and a few more sweets were served after everyone had a chance to be professionally fitted by a team of experts. Thank you to Treat House for the always delicious and appropriately branded mini rice crispy treats! Once the Bloggers were done at the VF Lingerie showroom, they were bused downtown to the offices of People Magazine, for lunch and another presentation. We worked with the amazing talent at Brooklyn Balloon Company to create an awesome setup. Could this be any more gorgeous? We absolutely LOVE the way it turned out. The ladies were treated to another gorgeous food spread, which we helped to style with some fresh blooms. It's always such a pleasure working with the Crossroads team. It always validates that we absolutely love what we do! Thanks again ladies...until next time.
