Private Events at The Social Society

Very shortly after launching the store opening this past September 2024, we decided to start hosting in-store events. Each event is community based (for the surrounding Ponte Vedra and Jacksonville area but of course open to all) and includes a craft, beverage, music and party pros to lead the charge.

After selling out several of these events where we crafted seasonal items such as dried flowers onto pumpkins, Holiday Mixology, Winter Wreaths and so many more, we were asked about hosting private events and jumped all over it. What a fun way to gather with a group of for a party!

We quickly started booking all types of women’s groups such as networking, clubs, alumni sorority, friends, Moms, you name it…

The private events have been incredibly successful and the feedback has been a joy to hear. If you have a private event that you would like to inquire about you can do so here.

A few general notes about hosting an event in our shop are:
We have a $300 minimum spend to use our space. This can be through our activity offerings (Our crafts start at $25 / head and fluctuate in price based on the craft chosen as we have to purchase the materials and of course those vary in price depending on what they are) and/or by purchasing tableware and/or decor from our shop.
Food + Beverage: You’re welcome to bring in! We will help style and serve whatever you bring in. We also offer beverage packages that you can secure directly with us to avoid the hassle of bringing in yourself.
We can host 12-18 people comfortably depending on the craft and how much elbow room is required.
We of course can style the party with themed decor, tableware and balloons!

Whether you’re hosting a birthday party, team building workshop or treating your family who’s visiting from out of town to a special afternoon, we will take great care of you and be sure to host you for a valuable craft and joyous experience.
