Fall: All Our Favorite Cocktails, Crafts, and Shoots!
Fall is a really easy time of the year to pump out content for you guys. It’s a season that people are always excited about which means that theres always cool trends, new foods to try, or just fun things to do!
Over the years we’ve done loads of cocktail recipes, crafts, and shoot all surrounding fall. So I figured it could be fun to revisit some of those ideas since today is the first official day of the season!
Cocktails
Apple Cider Toddy - A MUST! Apple Cider in the call in general is what it’s all about. But especially with a little bit of whiskey.
Fest Marzen Whiskey Beertail - Fall beers are some of my favorite types to drink. I especially love the sugar and cinnamon rim on this one!
Spiked Pumpkin Spice Latte - Another fall staple. I have to admit I am a sucker for a Pumpkin Spice Latte. I know they are overrated but that doesn’t change the fact that they are delicious!
Rosemary Maple Bourbon - I think this cocktail would be super cute to make for a little date night at home or if you were hosting a dinner party! The rosemary garnish really makes this cocktail feel fresh and the maple gives it that seasonal touch!
CRAFTS
Sugar Skull Skewers - This DIY was super easy to make and the best part is that we provide the template for you so all you have to do is print it out at home!
DIY Fall Flower Crown - This video was made by popular demand after we got such a huge response from our original flower crown video. Both are awesome resources and perfect for any costumes you may be planning this year!
Wine Cork Place-cards - An all time favorite place card DIY that was done for a shoot in Seri’s backyard! It is so easy to make and requires almost no supplies!
DIY Body Scrub - And we can't forget this favorite DIY scrub by Kathleen. This is perfect for any upcoming gifts you may be giving this season. I don’t know about you but I have a ton of fall birthdays on my calendar!
SHOOTS
A Perfect Fall Day at Mercari Wines - This day was so fun and really all we did was snag a table at a local vineyard and wear cute outfits!
A Fall Picnic at Breeze Hill Farms - Another super simple shoot we always look back on. All we did was pick up a bunch of sandwiches and pick some apples. The apples actually doubled as decor for our pictures so it was a win win!
A Potluck Thanksgiving - This was actually a shoot we did for a campaign and I still love it just as much than as if we had done it just for fun! The summer for me are these amazing printed plates that we used in each of our table settings!
Floral Table Runner - This table runner was so easy to make and came out beyond stunning. Runners are one the best days to fill a space because you really don’t need any floral technique to achieve a beautiful textured look.
