WELCOME TO THE SOCIAL SOCIETY! Notice how I’ve started this blog post off with all caps? It’s because I’m SCREAMING with excitement. I’m OPENING A STORE!!

For years now, I have wanted to open a store. A place to party. A place for party people. A place full of joy.

When I was living in New York, I looked at some spaces but it was tough. The rent was through the roof and the inventory would have had to live in the basement of these shops…with the rats. It just wasn’t right.

When I made the Covid move to Florida, because of friends that we followed from Manhattan, we found the most wonderful town to live in. A town full of families with children of all ages, people who spend a lot of time outside taking care of themselves, people who thrive in the sun, who love to golf and who love to PARTY!

There is a town center right down the road from our house. They have it all in there. Grocery stores, dry cleaners, nail salons, ice cream, restaurants, you get the picture. Once we settled into our new town, my boys noticed that they were going to do some construction in this town center and build one last strip of commercial spaces. They said: MOM MOM. Now is your time! Get a space in there! I thought….hmmm. Good idea boys!

I built a business proposal and I pitched it to the developers. Their jaws dropped. It was the EXACT business that they were looking for…perfect for our community! From that moment on…everything happened really fast.

For months now, my team who has been with me for years, working on Little Miss Party and REV NY, have been hard at work on our new venture. We have hired a team of people to help us develop this shop and get it off the ground and as always, they are amazing folks that we have found. Hard working, dedicated, loyal, smart and creative. It’s been SO FUN.

The shop is currently under construction but due to open this September, 2024. We cannot wait. It’s going to be AWESOME. We will sell a wide variety of modern party supplies such as plates, napkins, cups, we’ll have tons of unique gifts and a balloon bar where you can order helium filled bundles or pick up grab & go garlands to hang in your home or on your golf cart. Eventually, we will also host small, ticketed events in the store for all kinds of occasions and holidays.
