Rosemary + Pear Spritz
I'll be honest with you guys... my favorite cocktails to make are the ones that don't take a ton of effort. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy a good crafty cocktail probably more than the average person, but I always prefer when they are being served TO me.
This weeks cocktail, the Rosemary + Pear Spritz, requires minimal effort, but is extremely delicious, and tastes like you put effort into it.
Here's what you need: -pear liqueur -prosecco -ice -fresh pear -fresh rosemary
Here's what to do: 1) Fill each cocktail glass 3/4 of the way with ice. 2) Pour pear liqueur over ice, filling glass halfway.
3) Top with prosecco, and garnish with fresh pear slice and sprig of rosemary.
This cocktail is fresh, light and simple, and a really wonderful option for sipping on in Spring, and would make a great addition to any Mother's Day activities that you are planning!
Cheers! And Happy Mother's Day! Until next week...
