Hello Barbie, Disco Barbie

If you had to guess what the number 1 costume was going to be this Halloween….what would you say? Um, DUH….BARBIE! I think this Halloween, you’ll be seeing a lot of pink walking around! And that’s just it right there…pink! If you have any pink clothes, you can easily doll yourself up and become BARBIE.

Now if you’re planning to host a party this Halloween weekend, it’s always fun to set a theme. This year, I’m hosting my best girlfriends over for a Disco Barbie party because I have a whole lot of disco balls leftover from a recent event and Barbie loves to dance! Feels right + fun!

To decorate, i used disco ball planters and set in pink plants. They were perfect for the party but even better to hang onto afterwards. I’m not great with plants but I’m going to really try to take care of these beauties and make them last longer than a week!

I have a disco ball globe which was such a great find. I set this on my front console table so you see it when you walk into my home. It’s so pretty and makes for fabulous decor if you’re hosting a disco party! I also have a disco beverage bucket that I’m totally obsessed with. Perfect for champagne on the barcart. I also have disco ball tumblers which are so perfect for a signature drink!

You don’t have to go crazy with your set up. Put on a playlist of catchy tunes, serve up a few cocktails and set out some simple snacks. Most importantly…invite your best friends! They are the ones who will make your party GREAT.
