GAME NIGHT!

You know what I love?  GAME NIGHT!  Game night with family or friends is such a fun way to spend quality time with the people that you love.  It’s also a nice way to give our brains a little break from the screens. I once hosted a game night as a party theme for my friend’s 40th and it was stellar!

Of course for the adults, poker or a card game of your choice is always fun and can last for hours. Add in a bottle of your favorite bubbly and some snacks and it’s a party!

At The Social Society, we sell a variety of games that are so great for travel, families, adults and kids.  I just recently bought our Dressed up Dogs Memory game and brought it on vacation for spring break. I thought only the little kids would enjoy it but EVERYONE played! Even my teenage son!  Not only did he play…but he couldn’t get enough.  I thoroughly enjoyed this game as it was light, easy and fun to match up the undressed dogs with the dogs who are dressed in silly but hilarious outfits!

I’m sure you already have the classic games at home like Twister, Scrabble, Guess who….the list goes on. My family is obsessed with Monopoly. Whenever our cousins are visiting Monopoly is a staple around our dining room table and we play for hours!

Another fun way to make Game Night a vibe is with decor. I have thousands of poker chips in my house (don’t ask me why - ha!) and I have used them for floral arrangements. How cute is this for a themed game night event?!
