Doormats really are so welcoming

I have never in my life…owned more than one doormat. But I do now!! I’m not sure why but this house that I rented in Florida just screamed doormats! I think because it’s a one level house that has so many doors to the outside AND I found the cutest doormats for EVERY door! As soon as I added these doormats I realized wow! Doormats are really welcoming…and that’s a pretty nice feeling when you come in and out. So today I’m sharing my fave doormats for you!

Are you that snarky type of person who says (or maybe thinks) Oh, Hello…when your doorbell rings? For me, I had a friend would always say to me: OH, Hi. Every time he saw me and it made me appreciate this doormat deeply.
Target, $13

Once you have kids, or if you’re simply a calm person who doesn’t curse a lot, you don’t or can’t say Shut the F*ck up. Instead, you (well I) say, Shut the Front Door. I could not believe someone turned that into a doormat and why didn’t I think of that?! GENIUS!
West Elm, $42

Last but not least, found this doormat in the wild at a client’s house. Love how welcoming it feels and then saw it at Target! Now I’ve got to say….you need to hold me back in Target’s doormat section. They have so many good ones! I fear I may end up with a garage full of doormats one day soon!
Target, $20
