Bridal + Baby Showers at The Social Society in Ponte Vedra Beach

Are you planning a bridal or baby shower and want the perfect venue? The Social Society is where it’s at! We just hosted a bridal shower for our store manager, Nicole and let me tell you….not only was it stunning it was FUN! The bride, the guests, the vendors, we all had a blast!

Nicole had a clear vision for her shower and we helped her execute it all flawlessly. She wanted a picnic theme with a color palette of green, white, khaki and black.

She had 14 guests (we can host up to 24 seated at The Social Society) and she requested that everyone come in shades of green or florals. Her guests, understood the assignment. The outfits were amazing!

We worked with our favorite local vendors to pull the party together. We served cheese + charcuterie baskets (so perfect for Nicole’s picnic theme!) from Let’s Cheese Jax. Rebeca, the owner, is a doll and pleasure to work with her and baskets were delicious!
We served an assortment of plain and chocolate croissants from our favorite local baker Le Pain De Paul. Honestly? He’s the best. Flakey, buttery, crispy croissants. My mouth is watering just thinking about them.
As a sweet treat we served darling mini cupcakes from Small Cakes. Their menu is so clever! So many interesting flavors and their cupcakes are gorgeous.

I set up a mimosa bar with a variety of juices to serve: mango, orange and cranberry. We designed custom water bottle labels with “Fresh off the Market” on each complimenting our flower cart where we added a decal that read the same. On the cart we set up fresh white florals. We made this our floral bouquet bar where each guest got to pick their stems and go home with a beautiful bouquet.

At the table, that was beautifully set with tableware and florals all by The Social Society, designed into Nicole’s theme, we did a craft. Nicole wanted her guests to paint fans. They were GORGEOUS. Like literally gorgeous. And no artistic experience needed!

Nicole had found these really pretty butterfly placecards that we ordered from Etsy for the seating assignment. How perfect are these for the picnic theme?! C’mon!

Our photo backdrop is always set up in the store so we styled it with a white balloon glarand and a dramatic, jumbo heart balloon. It was the perfect backdrop for photos making for lifetime memories for Nicole.

We had great tunes playing, amazing company, delicious food, refreshing cocktails and plenty to do for this two hour celebration. Nicole was over the moon with joy and I couldn’t have been happier working with her to bring her bridal shower vision to life. I just love what I do and i just LOVE hosting events in The Social Society. It’s the most wonderful venue that is bright, happy and incredibly relaxing.
