Bathroom Mural Makeover

When you have a friend who loves to paint Murals and is really good at it…you find any excuse to paint a mural! The LAST place in my house I could think of updating…was my master bathroom. It was so drab. Eggshell painted walls, white towels that were so old they were ripped and no art or anything hung up. I asked Maggie if she wanted the job of painting this bathroom to give it some life!

We went with a color palette that would tie into the bedroom: Metallic Navy + white. The metallic navy paint was super cool and a really fun way to go!

Maggie painted a squiggly design all over the walls, up to the skylight giving the bathroom some life. It’s so funky and cool looking! As a pop of color, I went with mustard yellow towels. I updated my bath mats as well giving the bathroom a fresh, clean look once I was done setting everything up!

I have an issue with living things…I can’t seem to keep much alive. So I found a faux plant in my garage as I was reorganizing one day and gave it new life in my bathroom. The best part is…it will last forever!

Now I’m going to draw a bubble bath and enjoy my bathroom makeover!
