2025 Team Resolutions

It’s that time again, new years. I know personally the first few days of January can feel like a breath of fresh air. Christmas becomes such a big to-do, and there is so much “stuff” everywhere that I crave a more minimalistic lifestyle. Less is more…. and suddenly the Christmas tree pick up day can’t come soon enough!

With the new year comes resolutions, and I have to say - I’ve never really stuck to them. That is until last year! Last year my resolution was eat healthier and lose 25 pounds, which I did! It took a lot of months of hard work, and being able to say no to things like eating out, or consuming alcohol. But boy oh boy, did it pay off. By the end of May I reached my goal. And I am happy to say I’ve been able to maintain it through the rest of the year. Obviously with the holidays, I’ve been eating more butter and less salads, so I’m really excited to jump back on the clean eating come January 1st.

So today I thought we’d do a round up of the our team resolutions, so you can get some ideas and starting making a plan to reach all your goals in 2025!

SERI

MAGGIE

* Doing more to stimulate my brain! Like listening to podcasts or picking up a book every now and then.

* Working on some stuff around the house. Our house projects came to a holt in 2024 because we got married. So I am excited to pick back up on things!
