A Stylish Dinner Party

This past March we styled a dinner in downtown Manhattan. Our clients who have also become our dear friends were being interviewed by W Magazine and asked us to style the dinner party that they were going to throw for it. The dinner was for 25 guests and was an evening full of art, delicious food and great company.

We chose a modern, clean and chic palette of white, pink, gold and kelly green. Square modern plates were topped with beautiful menus designed by Bryn at Paperfinger. Michelle worked with Bryn for the calligraphy at her wedding and raved about her work. Look at how she designed the name cards attached to the menus…they were so gorgeous!

To welcome the guests as they arrived our hosts served Veuve Clicquot while everyone mingled and enjoyed passed appetizers.

We first met Sylvia and Philippe when they hired us to put on their son’s first birthday party. The story written about the couple by W Magazine was so authentic referencing their love, business of art and recent move to LA. You can read the full article here.

Now let’s talk about the dinner. We worked with Chef Jeremy from Cobblestone Catering who put together the most perfect menu. Seasonal, bright and delicious. The guests were blown away with the presentation and how delicious it all was. Dessert was a trio of fresh berry tarts made by Nine Cakes. Unfortunately we don’t have a photo which gives you an indication of just how quickly they were eaten up. They were SO fab!

This dinner was a special New York experience that we were honored to be a part of.
