Your Royal Fiveness

Do you ever think about what your ultimate birthday would have been as a kid? If you could have had any theme, games, decorations, etc. that you wanted…. No? Just me?

Well mine would have been an epic princess party. Like the one we’re talking about today! Our birthday girl Carmel, which you may remember from previous fab parties we’ve thrown for her in the past, is obsessed with Disney princesses. And who could blame her? It’s definitely the most magical party theme around.

Every princess need’s a castle right? Maggie worked with Bombshell Graphics to create this insane personalized foam castle in our party colors and with the birthday girls name on it! Guests were snapping pictures in front of this statement piece of decor all night long. We even added a pink carpet in front so that all the princess guests at Carmel’s party would feel like they were getting the VIP treatment.

To the right of our castle, we set up this cute kids tables so that all the kiddos could enjoy some fun crafts in between games, songs, etc. To bring in more decor, we added a pretty iridescent table cloth and some princess balloon clusters.

Project Playdate provided all the fun entertainment, including real life princess that came to our party to surprise the birthday girl!

Around the space, we had a lot of fun with florals.

Tip: Use vessels you have around your home! For this party we utilized some fun tea pots we had in our office and it worked perfectly with our theme!

We also put up some vinyls on the bathroom mirror and windows that had princess sayings.

No party is possible without good food! For catering we worked with Steven Herman to provide a delicious spread of kosher bites for all of Carmel’s guests.

Including this awesome castle cake which we added all of Carmel’s favorite princesses to.

Finally - on the way out, each guest took home personalized goodie bags.

We had so much fun putting together this party… But the best part was seeing how excited our birthday girl was throughout the night.

Happy 5th Birthday Carmel!
