Pretty Pink Details for A Special Mama To Be
One of our last parties before we went into quarantine and started social distancing, was one of our prettiest baby showers to date. Our client was throwing this party for her sister in law and she had family traveling from all over the world to celebrate! The mommy to be loved florals, rustic elements, and pink so with that we began planning a party that none of her friends or family would forget!
When guests arrived, they were greeted by this custom welcome sign and a stack of baby blocks filled with pink balloons.
Once in the main bar area, guests were encouraged to mingle, grab a drink, and check out all of the fun elements in this space.
One of the most important aspects of this area was the grand welcome table we set up in the middle. Here guests could sign the guest book, snap a polaroid, and try one of the many games / activities set up on the table.
On the bar, we styled old family photos from both of the parents to be and of course finished off the area with florals, custom cocktail napkins, and personalized favor boxes.
When guests were ready to enter the main seating area, they walked through this awesome bookshelf which added so much character to the room. We added a seating chart to the side so everyone could find their seat with ease!
In the main dining area, we really wanted the room to feel chic, bright, and fun of course! One of the ways we accomplished this was by setting up statement wall which was the first thing guests would see as they entered.
On the tables we placed games at each setting along with custom place card bottle openers for guests to take home after the party.
The finishing touches were these gorgeous floral arrangements, rose gold votive candles, and a polaroid camera!
There were a few little princesses in attendance so we made sure to set up a special table just for them filled with games, activities, stickers, crowns, the works!
We heard our guest of honor had a bit of sweet tooth, so we styled these rustic dessert cards with a wide assortment of desserts and candy for guests to graze on throughout the party.
One of my favorite parts of this party was this cute little nook we set up on one end of the room. Complete with pillows, a cozy throw, paper florals, and of course this custom mommy to be sign!
Next to this nook, we set up a photo booth station for guests to have fun in! We find that activations like these always keep guests entertained throughout the whole event! It’s a fun take away for them, especially when you have personalized props for them to use!
This party was really such a hit! All the details turned out better than we could have imagined and you could really feel the love in the room. We can’t wait till we’re back to planning more picture perfect events like this one.
Big thanks to all of the vendors who helped make it possible!
