I'm sure everyone has a go to meal when you have a crowd to feed. Mine is Tacos. So easy right? And during the summer, the fruits and veggies are so fresh. It's so colorful and delicious!

Truth me told, I use the store bought box. I pick up a pound or two of fresh ground meat to brown up and set bowls of fresh toppings:

sour cream

cheese

pico de gallo

guacamole

Oh and of course....cocktails.

Abby served Spicy Pineapple Grapefruit Palomas and they were out of this world.

We had leftover pineapple juice from Abby's cocktail so we turned that into a pitcher of fruity mocktails for the boys. It was the juice combined with all the citrus we could find in the fridge. Yum! They loved being part of the action.

I had leftover herbs so I put them into a small jar of water and picked flowers from the garden to add a little fun to the table.

Now load up corn or flour tacos and ENJOY! Taco Tuesday Rules.
