Hosting brunch for the Holidays

The first day of the New Year is often…a little hazy. We put together a morning after brunch that is warm, inviting and the perfect way to kick off the new year. With a mix of copper and gold, we used Moscow mule mugs for coffee and pretty glass coupes for mimosas. Wet set small bud vases of pink flowers to make the table festive and bright . The LED trees from Restoration Hardware that we recently found have been on and lighting our home daily for the past couple of weeks. The way they sparkle and shine makes the room feel so cozy. We set the table while listening to some tunes and included photo props for our guests to enjoy after they have a bite. For the menu we made our lives easy and put out a variety of fruit, croissants and pastries. A new years day brunch is the perfect way to gather friends and talk about the resolutions for a successful new year! What are your resolutions for 2015? Tell us in the comments...we want to know if you were naughty or nice this year.
