A Halloween Porch, but Make it Florida
Ever since moving to my house in Florida, I’ve realized I can take advantage of any holiday I want to decorate for. And trust me- the whole neighborhood takes advantage. I knew I had to step up the Halloween decorations this year after seeing how everyone took this holiday very seriously!
It’s not only fun for me, but it’s fun for the kids and all our friends in the neighborhood to get into the spirit of spooky season. And by Halloween night, all the trick or treaters will have a great time seeing the creativity of every different house.
Firstly, I found a full size skeleton at Target and I knew right away he belonged on my yellow bench.
Next came the pumpkins and I thought I would bring a Florida sunshine spin by adding lots of yellow. I transformed white faux pumpkins with easy touches of black and yellow paint- a DIY post coming soon!
Finally, I sprayed some dollar store skulls black to fill in the gaps and the porch was complete.
