SUPER DAD
Do you have or know a Dad who’s an absolute HERO? I do. He goes by the name of ADAM. Father to my children. All star, superhero husband and person. His super power? He’s got an abnormally large heart that makes him the most caring, loving, brilliant person I have ever known.
This Father’s Day, I want to make sure to go above and beyond just like Adam and the boys did for me on Mother’s Day. While still in quarantine, every holiday becomes more unique than the next as we cannot celebrate like we normally do, with more than our immediate family. In this case, that works out because we want to give Adam a day to relax and do whatever he wants. Be that golf, napping on the couch, tossing around a football and/or throwing back a Guinness. Superhero Dad Little Miss Party in a Box to the rescue!
What we have all been loving is a good meal that we don’t have to cook. It’s nice to order in every now and then so we can take a break from the kitchen. There are so many incredible food delivery services right now it’s hard to choose. I don’t want to ruin the surprise but I’m scouting all the meals on Gold Belly now to find the perfect fit for Adam.
Before we enjoy our special dinner on this father’s day, we’ll kick off with breakfast in the sunroom using our Super Dad Little Miss Party in a Box. Star balloons, bright tableware, a deck of playing cards and SUPER DAD coloring pages make for the perfect assortment. The sprinkle pancake mix (included in the box!) is something Chef Luke can whip up while I’m on cocktail duty. The kids can set this one up themselves, surprise dad and play a card game while enjoying their pancakes (and while the grown ups enjoy some bloody marys). Adam always loves playing cards with the boys, because every time they play, he teaches them a new game.
No doubt me, Gavin & Luke have got this and will be sure to make it a Father’s Day Adam will never forget…
