Fall Fun at Breeze Hill Farm
There’s nothing I love more than apple picking on a crisp fall day. I know what you’re thinking- how BASIC. But I don’t care! There’s a good reason everyone loves apple picking so much, and it’s because it’s a relaxing activity that’s fun to do with your family and friends. Plus, it gives you a great excuse to go home and bake something yummy.
The thing I love most about my team is that they’re always on board for a photo op, an outing, and a reason to take an adventure outside the team. Our friend Laura of Coastal Concierge set us up with a fun day at Breeze Hill Farms out on the North Fork of Long Island.
We arrived at the beautiful farm and immediately met the cutest animals. They have their own horse, llama, and goats on the grounds that are all so friendly and love seeing the guests! The llama might have spit at Natalie, but she was a good sport about it.
Next, we made our way to the main attraction- the orchard! We all walked around with baskets and picked apples while we brainstormed about what fun desserts we would make with them at home.
And finally, we were hungry! So we brought out a blanket, our sandwiches from Sydney’s Gourmet, which Laura picked up for us in Westhampton. We enjoyed some crisp apple cider, freshly picked apples, and cider donuts from the Breeze Hill Farm stand.
Before we hit the road, we picked up some fresh produce, pumpkins to decorate for Halloween, and treats to go! What a perfect outing to spend some quality time together. We can’t wait to make our way back to Breeze Hill Farms!
