Our Most Fab Bat Mitzvah to Date
Here at LMP, we dream BIG. When our clients first reach out, we come at them fast with our craziest, most fabulous ideas and let them tone it back as needed. Lucky for us, Isabella let our big, glamorous dreams come to life for her Bat Mitzvah in June. Just imagine- pink and purple glitter EVERYWHERE. Plus lots of balloons and lights and ribbons and flowers and all the perfect things a girl could dream of to celebrate on her big day. We're not kidding when we say this has to have been the most fabulous Bat Mitzvah party we have ever done before.
First, let's talk about this location. WOW. Right on the water in the Hamptons, at the grandmother of the Bat Mitzvah girl's home. Stunning views made for a simply incredible backdrop beneath a dramatic, sailcloth Sperry Tent. Not to mention, the party got started FAST and furious with the best DJ, Hector, of Total Entertainment.
Now onto balloons. We had some incredible balloon art done by Brooklyn Balloon Company. Besides a few custom balloons with "Isabella" and a pink star drawn on with sequins, we also had an entire fleet of jumbo pink balloons all around the property with billowing ribbon tails. And the major show stopper? The ceiling full of balloons, criss-crossing throughout creating an absolutely stunning display.
Oh by the way, did we mention this was also a POOL PARTY?! We filled the beautiful backyard oasis with customized "Isabella" beach balls, pool towels, and flip flops. We grabbed our favorite floats from Big Mouth, threw them in the pool, and they served as their own piece of fun decor.
Pink is kinda "our thing" at LMP. And so are peonies. So we combined both for the florals around the party. Luckily our girls at Sag Harbor Florist were able to get their hands on a variety of shades of pink peonies and they arranged them into the glitter vases that we DIY'd to go with our glitter and glam party vibe perfectly- learn how to make our glitter vases here! What made the flowers stand out even more were all the amazing furniture and decor accents we added- like the collection of white tables and outdoor seating by Taylor Creative, the stunning custom pillows by Imagination Branding, and the sequined pink tablecloths that we sourced for the high boys.
Of course, one of the most important parts of any party is the food and bar- so we tend to spend more time on this than you'd think. It's important to make it appealing as the guests will spend so much time there! We brought in one of our favorite and insanely unique caterers Pinch Food and Design. They served a variety of gorgeous and delicious foods including pretzels on an umbrella. We dolled up the bar with some stunning floral arrangements to flank the sides, added our favorite star marquee light and brought in pink metallic straws. We had customized gold foil "dance it out" cocktail napkins and a sign made especially with Isabella's signature drinks for the night.
Last but not least, we finished up the night as anyone should- with an epic candy bar including Chocolate Marshmallow pops and other home made goodies by The Perfect Cupcake all served under the custom neon "Isabella" light we had Manhattan Neon make for the event. Everything was perfectly pink to fit in with the rest of the party, and everyone went wild for it.
All we can say is that this party was too amazing to describe, and we couldn't be happier to have been a part of it. Mazel Tov, Isabella!
