Chips 'n Charcuterie with Kettle Brand

When we plan the menu for a party, we put a great deal of a thought into what we are going to serve. We consider the time frame for the party first. Then we account for whether it’s a cocktail party or sit down meal. Lastly, we look to the season for all of our fresh ingredients for inspiration and ideas of the actual dishes we’ll be serving.
We hosted an LMP Office Holiday Party from 6-9pm earlier this week. We knew most of our guests would be coming straight from work so they’d be hungry. We also knew many of our guests would be dropping in and out so they wouldn’t eat too much. With that said, we wanted easy to eat food that guests could enjoy throughout the party and that didn’t require much prep on our end.
As you may know, we are all obsessed with charcuterie boards. You really can’t go wrong with a big platter of meat and cheese! I often joke that I could eat charcuterie for every meal.
To “spice” things up on our charcuterie board, we picked up a few of the new and outrageously delicious chips by Kettle Brand to mix into the board and steer away from crackers.
We found Almond Oil Wood Smoked Sea Salt Chips plus a bag of Fiery Thai that we knew they would be the perfect addition to our Holiday charcuterie board.
